When you’re looking for a flavour-filled, high-protein snack, you can’t do better than our jerkies. Choose from an ever-evolving selection of hand-smoked, seasoned, made right in our kitchens. And don’t forget to bring in your game meats for custom game jerkies.

Our Pepperettes

These aren’t your run-of-the-mill pre-packaged pepperettes. We smoke our pepperettes in our computerized smokehouse and stuff them in our back kitchen. Choose mild or hot or, if you’re feeling adventurous, choose one of our innovative flavour combinations. And if you’re just back from hunting camp, we also make custom game-meat pepperettes.
